Dr. Kiran Sidhu joined the Section of Cardiology at St. Boniface Hospital in September 2019. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Max Rady College of Medicine at the University of Manitoba. Dr Sidhu obtained her BSc. Pharm as well as her M.D. at the University of British Columbia. She completed her internal medicine residency in Vancouver, cardiology residency at the London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), followed by a fellowship in Cardiac Rhythm Devices there. Most recently, she completed her Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation fellowship at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. As well, she is in the midst of completing a Master of Public Health through the Harvard T.H Chan School of Public Health. She is a member of the National Heart Transplant Advisory Committee and the Canadian Cardiac Transplant Network.
