Requests for registration refunds, cancellation or registration category adjustment must be sent in writing and received by the CHFS by April 16, 2021. A $50 administration fee (plus HST) will apply. Please contact CHFS at email@example.com
After April 16, 2021 (registration fees are non-refundable)
In the event of cancellation or non-attendance due to an emergency, please submit your request in writing (along with supporting documentation) to CHFS at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than June 1, 2021. Requests received after this date will not be considered. Requests will be reviewed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
