CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have registered for the Heart Failure Update, the following cancellation policies apply:

Until April 20^th, 2023 (with penalty)
Requests for refunds for registration cancellation must be sent to the CHFS by April 20^th, 2023. 

A $50 administration fee (plus tax) will apply. Please contact: Sara Faubert at faubert@ccs.ca 

After April 20^th, 2023
Registration fees for the IN-PERSON event are non-refundable.
